We grow many of the vegetables that we sell.  Our main crops are sweet corn, multiple varieties of hot peppers, pumpkins, gourds, and squash.  Our Sweet corn is known as the sweetest in the area.

 In addtion to the staple vegetables, we like to have unique products that cannot be found in the grocery stores.  So, each year we try out new crops.  This year's trial crops include Cousa Squash (Ishtar) and Thai Dragon hot peppers.  If a trial crop produces a vegetable that our customers really like, we will grow that crop again the next year.  

Other crops that we grow are tomatoes, zuchini and summer squash, red beets, and multiple varieties of winter squash.

We also have a few fruit trees.

Every year we grow sunflowers and other varieties of flowers along the road.  This year we grew Gladolia's with raving reviews on their beauty.
